Frequently Asked Questions

The FAQ section allows users to access popular topics to solve their problems. It is a time-saving asset for both the user and the owner.

Users can submit support tickets via the contact form or directly through the floating support chat. Administrators view and resolve tickets in the system admin panel. Tickets can be tracked as open, in-progress, or resolved to maintain stellar customer service.
Our AI Assistant is available 24/7 from the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of every page — no account required to start a conversation. It can answer general questions about how click4ble.com works, guide you through publishing or managing a listing, and, if you're signed in, look up the status of your own ads. For anything it can't help with, it will connect you with a member of our support team.
The AI Assistant automatically brings in a member of our support team in a few situations: when you ask to speak with a person, when it isn't confident it can answer your question accurately, or when a conversation has stayed open for a few minutes without being resolved. When this happens, you'll see a message letting you know a support specialist is joining, and the chat header will update to show a human agent is connected. Your conversation history carries over automatically, so you won't need to repeat yourself.
When you click "Buy Now" on a listing, you'll enter your shipping details and pay securely through Stripe — click4ble.com never sees or stores your full card number. Your payment is held safely in escrow rather than being sent straight to the seller. Once the seller ships the item and delivery is confirmed, either automatically through carrier tracking or by you confirming receipt, the funds are released to the seller. If you bought from a business storefront, a small platform commission is deducted first (see "What commission do business sellers pay on a sale?" below for the exact rates) — purchases from a personal seller aren't affected, since individual sellers pay no commission. This protects both sides of the transaction: sellers know a buyer has already paid, and buyers know their money isn't released until the item arrives. Peer-to-peer purchases are currently available to buyers paying with a card issued within the EU, in line with regional regulations. Featured-listing upgrades (Extended and Premium tiers) use a separate, standard Stripe checkout, since you're paying click4ble.com directly rather than another user.
Always schedule face-to-face meetups in well-lit, public locations like coffee shops or police station parking lots. Thoroughly test and inspect items before transferring ownership, and avoid using third-party wire transfers. Use the click4ble.com platform to report suspicious interactions immediately.
When publishing or editing a listing using our "Publish Free Ad" tool, check the "Feature Listing" checkbox. This option targets top spots in category searches, highlighting your item with a premium outline to make it stand out.
Every listing is automatically reviewed by our AI moderation system before it goes live, to keep the marketplace safe and trustworthy. If your ad doesn't pass this review, it will be marked as rejected and you'll see a short reason why. You can edit your listing to address the issue and resubmit it for another review directly from your Account dashboard. If you believe your ad was rejected in error, you can also reach out to our support team to request a manual review.
If a seller ships your item through one of our supported carriers — DPD, DHL, or FedEx — the tracking status appears automatically on the Delivery page of your Account dashboard, in sync with what the seller sees on their side. We'll automatically check for delivery updates and mark the order as delivered once the carrier confirms it has arrived. From there you can click "Confirm Receipt" to release the held payment right away, or let it release automatically — see "When do I get paid after I sell an item?" below for the exact timing.
Each parcel on the Delivery page shows a progress widget with four stages: Registered (tracking number saved, no carrier scan yet), In Transit, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. If the carrier reports a problem instead, you'll see an Exception (a delay, customs hold, or other issue) or Returned to Sender status flagged in red. To keep well within carrier rate limits, live status checks for a given parcel are throttled to about once every 2 hours — the "Track Now" button is temporarily disabled between refreshes, with a countdown showing when it'll be available again.
When a seller uses "Mark as Shipped" on a paid order from the Delivery page's ship queue, click4ble.com automatically creates the tracking entry, links it to that order, and starts the delivery-confirmation clock that determines when the payout is released. The separate "Add Parcel" button lets anyone register any tracking number just to keep an eye on it — handy for a parcel that isn't tied to a click4ble.com order — but it has no effect on any order's status or payout timing.
You can turn notifications on or off, such as alerts for new messages or price changes on ads you're watching, from your Account dashboard under "Notification Preferences". Email notifications are sent automatically; SMS notifications require you to verify your phone number first.
You can schedule your account for deletion at any time from your Account Settings. Once scheduled, you have a short grace period to change your mind before it's permanently removed, along with your associated personal data. For questions about what data we hold or to exercise other privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy or contact our support team.
The free Basic tier keeps a listing active for 7 days. If you'd like more visibility or a longer runtime, Extended (14 days, priority search ranking) costs €6.50 and Premium (30 days, homepage featured placement plus priority ranking) costs €12.00. You don't need to recreate your ad to get either one: from your Account Dashboard's Ads tab, click "Upgrade" on any active listing, choose a tier, and pay securely through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). As soon as payment is confirmed, your ad moves to the new tier and its active window resets to that tier's full duration starting from that moment — so upgrading to Premium gives you a fresh 30 days, not extra days tacked onto what was left. You can only upgrade to a pricier tier this way, not switch to a cheaper one, and your listing's content and moderation status are untouched — only the tier and expiry change.
Use the /business prefix in the site-wide search bar, followed by the company name — for example, /business Acme Trading. This scopes the results to approved businesses only (each shown with its logo and name) instead of mixing in ad listings, and selecting a result opens that company's public storefront. The prefix always needs a name after it; typing /business on its own isn't a valid search. Searching without the prefix still shows matching businesses alongside matching ads. Once you're on a business's storefront, that page has its own separate search box scoped only to that store's own products.
Selling as an individual is always free — this commission only applies to sales made through an approved business storefront. When a business sells an item via "Buy Now," click4ble.com deducts a small percentage from the sale before releasing the rest to the seller: 4% for Electronics and Computer Hardware, 4.5% for Household, Garden, and Office, and 5% for Fashion. Every commission-bearing sale has a minimum fee of €1.50, so very low-priced items are still worth processing. If the listing has an active discount, the commission is calculated on the discounted price the buyer actually pays, not the original price. Featured-listing upgrades (Extended/Premium) are a separate purchase from click4ble.com and aren't affected by this commission.
No — Jobs and Services listings are free to publish. Posting in either category requires an approved business account with the matching feature switched on in Business Features (Employer for Jobs, Service Provider for Services); personal accounts can no longer post new Jobs or Services listings. If you'd like a listing to stand out, you can optionally pay a one-time 5 EUR fee to promote it, which sorts it first within its category for the remainder of its 30-day listing window.
Click "Click4ble Business" in the footer to open the registration form, which asks for your company's legal name, contact details, EU VAT number, and address. During registration you choose at least one of three independent business features — you can enable any combination: Seller (sell products through your own storefront in the general categories), Employer (post free Jobs listings), and Service Provider (post free Services listings). Your account needs to be reviewed and approved by our admin team before it becomes publicly visible or can publish anything — this is a one-time check of your business's legitimacy, not a per-feature review.
Yes. Once your business is approved, you can switch Seller, Employer, and Service Provider on or off yourself from the Business Features panel in your Account dashboard, and the change takes effect immediately — there's no waiting on another admin review, since approval is a one-time check of your business rather than a per-feature one. You can't turn a feature off while you still have active listings that depend on it (for example, Employer can't be disabled while a Job listing is still active) — you'll see a message naming the category and how many listings are blocking it. At least one feature always needs to stay enabled.
Yes. Every seller — whether you sell as an individual or as a business — completes a one-time payout setup before publishing your first listing in any category except Jobs. This includes Services listings, even though Services has no "Buy Now" purchase of its own, because payout setup is a platform-wide requirement tied to publishing rather than to an actual sale. Jobs is the only exception, since no money ever changes hands for a Jobs listing itself. Until setup is complete, publishing is blocked in the categories that require it.
Payout setup happens entirely inside click4ble.com — you're never redirected to a Stripe-hosted page and never see a Stripe Dashboard. Open the Payout Setup panel in the Business section of your Account page (or use the prompt shown the first time you try to publish somewhere that requires it) and click "Set Up Payouts". A short form asks for your first and last name, date of birth, country, address, city, postal code, and the IBAN of the bank account that should receive your payouts. This information is sent to Stripe to create a payout-only connected account behind the scenes.
The Payout Setup panel shows one of four statuses. "Not Set Up" means setup hasn't been completed and publishing is blocked in any category that requires it. "Pending Review" means your form has been submitted and Stripe is reviewing the information. "Payouts Active" means you're approved and can publish and receive payouts normally. "Action Required" means Stripe needs more information before payouts can resume — there's no self-service way to see exactly what's missing in this state, so please contact support.
When a buyer purchases your item, their payment is held securely in Click4ble Escrow. To release the payout to your connected Stripe account, you must ship the item and provide valid carrier tracking. Your payout is released as soon as the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 48 hours after carrier tracking confirms delivery (or after a 14-day hold timeout). For detailed policy information, see our Buyer Protection & Escrow Guide.
The sale still goes through and the item is marked sold — your payout isn't lost. Instead it's held and shown as "Pending" in your Payout History. It is not issued automatically once you later finish payout setup, so please complete your setup and then contact support to have the held payout released.
Once you have at least one completed sale, open "Payout History" from the Payout Setup panel to see every sale's date, item, net payout amount, and status — Paid Out, Pending, or Failed. A "Failed" payout means Stripe rejected the transfer, for example because your connected account needs more verification. Like a Pending payout, it needs a support ticket to resolve — there's no self-service retry button.
The price shown on a listing is exactly what you pay at checkout — click4ble.com never adds a VAT line on top of an item's price. VAT only applies to click4ble.com's own revenue: the commission withheld from a business sale, the Jobs/Services promotion fee, and Extended/Premium tier upgrades. For business sellers, VAT on the commission is already built into the published rate (see "What commission do business sellers pay on a sale?" above) — it's carved out of click4ble.com's own margin, not added on top or deducted extra from a seller's payout. click4ble.com is VAT-registered in Bulgaria and under the EU's One-Stop-Shop scheme, so this is handled automatically regardless of which EU country a seller or ad owner is in. VAT on the actual sale price of an item remains each seller's own responsibility to their local tax authority — click4ble.com doesn't collect or remit it on their behalf.
